Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called for a leaking water heater and got an appointment right away.
I was going to go with a low price heater and my man at Good Guys said you can have whatever you want but I’d check out the reviews on the cheap ones. I went to Reddit reviews and quickly gained the insight that money saved today will cost us tomorrow. Went with the Bradford White and I’m thankful I was told to look into things.
Install was fast and smooth, they put down walking paper and kept my house clean. Super nice people and I’ll be calling them again for a water softener.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I searched through a Facebook neighborhood group for plumbing recommendations and kept seeing Good Guys Plumbing mentioned so reached out to have them quote our basement bathroom finish for rough in. They communicated promptly, answered my questions before, during first visit, and stayed in good communication up to the point of doing the job. I had a great experience, felt they were fair with their pricing, and for sure will use them again in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. These guys really are the Good Guys. They provided transparency throughout the replacement process of a water heater. They were able to get me scheduled quickly and showed up when they said they would. I was able to get a rough estimate over the phone based on a photo of my current setup and they gave me a few different options to work with. Great customer service, quality work, and an honest service. Would highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mitch and his crew are top-notch. I’ve had him do some work for me (kitchen sink plumbing, installing a water softener, fixing a burst outdoor pipe) and he’s always done a quick and professional job. He is also always willing to answer texts and phone calls regarding my plumbing issues. I trust him with his advice and recommendations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m so thankful for these guys. They were thorough, very communicative, and honest. They ran into an issue with how the previous owners installed something and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. These are the only guys I’m calling for all of my plumbing problems. Thank you good guys!
